Successfully delivered a full-cycle implementation of SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) covering Demand Planning (DP) and S&OP Demand Review modules.

Led requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to translate business needs into SAP IBP functional design.

Designed and configured Demand Planning processes, including statistical forecasting, forecast adjustments, consensus demand planning, and demand review dashboards.

Set up and configured S&OP Demand Review cycle, enabling collaborative demand validation and executive review processes.

Worked extensively on CI-DS / SDI integrations to ensure seamless data flow from SAP ECC/S4HANA to SAP IBP.

Configured planning operators, snapshot operators, planning area, and SAP IBP Excel add-in. Developed and fine-tuned statistical forecast models, managed forecast errors, and handled product lifecycle. Configured proportional factors and managed aggregate/disaggregation modes. Successfully implemented demand planning for a major client in the food & beverage industry. Delivered exceptional support in inventory optimization for a leading FCMG client by analyzing and addressing change requests and production incidents.

Executed Mainframe ETL and Data Migration Testing for banking applications for a prominent UK-based client. Participated in Sprint refinement calls and Sprint sign-off demo calls. Actively engaged in daily stand-up meetings, defect calls, and retrospective meetings. Collaborated and coordinated with the development team, environment team, and business analysts/product owners. Prepared and tracked various metrics such as status of requirements/user stories, number of open defects, sprint burndown, and velocity. Shared Daily Status Reports (DSR), prepared comprehensive test plans, and assisted in preparing Testing is Complete Report (TiC).
