Working with a specialist service provider I am currently engaged on a part-time basis to support the delivery of a client audit to establish exposure to IR35 Off Payroll Worker (OPW) legislation.

Using AI to support the analysis of service provider contracts to identify strengths and weaknesses relative to OPW risk for supplier reporting purposes.

Documenting processes and translating in to a library of process flows and process documents for client and internal use.

Tracking progress of the program to ensure delivery by the deadline for the current phase.

Supporting contractor operations and governance as External Staff SME supporting Credit Suisse integration contract management, invoice reconciliation, and vetting escalations globally.

• Ongoing management of operational IR35 compliance until business agreement was reached with Group Tax to stop engaging Outside contractors as a result of the Credit Suisse integration.

• Managed contract lifecycle for UBS and Credit Suisse vendors including approval execution CCNs, and terminations ensuring audit compliance across 60+ agreements.

• Reconciled and approved APAC CH and EMEA external staff invoices weekly and monthly ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Chaired vetting escalation panel and owned external staff "Risk to Rehire" due diligence process enabling informed rehire decisions and risk mitigation.

• Built strong cross-functional collaboration with HR governance operations legal and supply chain to resolve complex external workforce issues.
