Anne-Charlotte Saada

I am a Product Owner with solid experience in supporting tech and product teams, acquired through my role as a product-oriented Lead QA. My QA background has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the digital product lifecycle, from defining needs to market launch, including backlog prioritization and user experience validation. In my last assignment, I was tasked with a study on improving a central acquisition lever for the product. I was able to work autonomously on the subject, quantify hypotheses, and support their implementation with one of the scrum teams. Currently, this improvement has been successfully deployed to production and has yielded positive results. Today, I leverage all the experience gained through my Lead QA roles to focus on my favorite subject: Product.
