With 6 years of experience in customer relations at Booking.com, among others, and 7.5 years in the railway and aeronautics industries, I am now offering my services in purchasing, supply chain, and project management. My experience in purchasing, supply chain, and customer relations has provided me with solid skills, enabling me to offer my services today. For the past 7 years, I have worked at Alstom and Collins in purchasing (operational and strategic) and industrial development project management. The implementation of new purchasing tools was a very important part of my missions at Alstom, such as P2P, SAP, and supplier panel and risk management tools. Financial monitoring of projects, as well as adherence to deadlines and client requests, are the important missions I have covered in my project management roles. In the purchasing field, I have held several buyer positions, eventually becoming responsible for a global purchasing commodity, where I was in charge of managing the entire purchasing strategy for this commodity at the group level. I was responsible for functionally managing about fifteen buyers, supporting them in all phases of project development, and also by implementing a purchasing strategy to disseminate it across Alstom sites. I was the direct point of contact for several delivery crises on the execution of railway sub-system projects, in addition to preparing tenders, negotiating contracts, and managing projects.
