As part of its expansion and customer journey improvement strategy, B&B Hotels Group launched several structuring projects. The opening of new hotels (branded, non-branded, and franchised) and the implementation of innovative solutions aimed at simplifying and enhancing the customer experience. Simultaneously, a reorganization of loyalty programs was undertaken to strengthen member loyalty.

VHV Assurance France is the French subsidiary of the German insurer VHV ALLGEMEINE VERSICHERUNG AG, newly established and wishing to implement its own information system and ensure data/flow exchange with the parent company.

1. Audited existing systems and studied project feasibility

2. Project scoping and management (Challenges, Objectives, Budget, Impacts, Roadmap & Planning, and Resources) with relevant teams

3. Gathered requirements (macro view for offer, contract, and claims management (P&C))

3. Co-managed (with a service provider) workshops for general and detailed functional specification design with the business
