PIM est un acronyme anglais qui signifie Product Information Management, ou Gestion de l'Information Produit en français. Il s'agit d'une solution logicielle permettant aux entreprises de centraliser, gérer, enrichir et diffuser toutes les informations relatives à leurs produits (descriptions, spécifications, images, vidéos, etc.) sur l'ensemble de leurs canaux de vente et de communication. Un PIM garantit la cohérence et l'exactitude des données produit, améliorant ainsi l'expérience client et facilitant le e-commerce.
