Founder of M4 ÉNERGIE, I assist individuals and professionals in their building thermal and energy performance projects. Specializing in thermal and environmental regulations (RT2012, RE2020, RT Existant), I conduct plan analyses, thermal balances, heat loss and gain calculations, to propose reliable and adapted technical solutions for new construction and renovation. DPE certified, I can also handle energy performance diagnosis missions.

During my 3 years of experience in a thermal engineering firm, I carried out regulatory studies and thermal analyses on a wide variety of buildings: offices, individual and collective housing, industrial buildings, accommodations, school groups, gymnasiums, medical practices, hotels with restaurants, shops, airport terminals, courthouses, and banks.

I notably worked on RT2012, RT Existant, and RE2020 missions, as well as on heat loss/gain balances.

As such, I was involved in plan analysis, building envelope modeling, HVAC and lighting system studies, air permeability, as well as the regulatory and thermal calculations necessary for evaluating energy performance.

I also performed heat loss calculations according to the NF EN 12831 standard and heat gain calculations using the RTS ASHRAE 2009/2013 method, producing structured reports including basic assumptions, envelope characteristics, ventilation, heating/cooling overloads, Bbio/Cep results, and thermal power summaries.

In addition, I participated in energy audit missions, including on-site measurements and surveys, analysis of heating and cooling systems, identification of thermal losses, and drafting of introductory notes and audit reports.
