Raffaele in a few words

I am an Italian architect writer and photographer, I graduated in Architecture at the University of Florence (Italy). I moved to Leiden (NL) for family reasons, before working in Prague and ìn Italy and in Salento (Puglia). During my university studies I attended courses and workshops for chefs, photography and creative writing in Italy and abroad (France, Spain, Greece);
Over the years my work has given me the opportunity to have a direct relationship with customers.
I have worked with real estate agencies and companies as customer care and I have worked in different sectors (such as communication, healthcare, food, etc.), such as customer support and project management.
I managed, as owner and chef, in Puglia (Italy) an enogastronomic cultural circle "San Cataldo Yacht Club" (Salento, Italy). I worked as a Sales Manager at a Spanish restaurant in Andalucia.
I have multiple interests ranging from writing to photography to food and wine, which are currently my main commercial activities and for which I have been creating workshops, seminars, and events for schools, institutions, and associations (ex. Slow Food Prague)
In 2015 I published my first book of short stories "Favole metropolitane - il vinaio e altre storie" [email protected] Edizioni - Taranto (Italy).
I manage a personal blog of mine and that of my company "Lu Focalire" s.r.o. in Prague that deals with food and food culture at 360 ° organizing social eating, teambuilding, gastronomy tours, cooking lessons etc. ..
I have working contacts with Apulian companies (Salento, Bari and other) producers of organic Oil EVO and wine (Primitivo, Negramaro del Salento, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Susumaniello) and I have many contacts with small local producers (in Salento) of cheeses and organic products.
I'm writing my second book of stories and I'm preparing a book of recipes of Mediterranean cuisine, I collaborate, as an author, with online European magazines of information and art cultures. Now I'm moving to Leiden with my wife.
