• Claims management of internal and external complaints using 8D reports in cooperation with development, production, and logistics

• Coach and coordination of quality control for the new launch of various projects, such as Daimler Truck, Claas, Kalmar, Kramer, Scania etc.

• Analysis of defect patterns according to test plan

• Analysis of data from series production

• Support and training during launch

• Support of line workers

• Independent and self-responsible consulting of the specialist department based on key figures (KPIs) and goals defined by management. Professional and disciplinary advice to employees in the specialist department at the deployed location based on formulated goals.

• Planning, preparation, execution, and monitoring of internal/external quality audits (IATF, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, ISO 14001, R&Rs). Creation and monitoring of quality key figures (internal and external). Planning and execution of sample approvals including IMDS, only for product/process changes during the series phase.

• Coordination of the QM system and its quality processes at the deployed location. Participation in new projects from the project phase to SOP, such as Porsche various models of CT equipment (interior); Bentley convertible (front header and convertible top cover); Renault Alpine A112 (door panel). Development of quality assurance measures and definition of quality standards.

• Processing of customer and supplier complaints for the above-mentioned projects (if necessary with on-site visits to customers).

• Updating of test plans, assembly drawings, process flow charts, production control plans, and material master data sheets, PFMEAs.

• Project-related definition and creation of the quality standard in the area of leather processing.

• Maintenance of the quality standard and customer-specific requirements in the area of leather processing.

• Quality-related coordination of interfaces with external and internal customers and suppliers.
