For several years, I have been assisting innovative companies, from startups to large corporations, in structuring, justifying, and securing their R&D projects, particularly within the framework of Research Tax Credit (CIR) and Innovation Tax Credit (CII) schemes.

I have worked on complex projects involving software, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and distributed architectures, with both technical (CTO, R&D teams) and financial stakeholders.

After several experiences in consulting firms, I recently chose to become independent to offer more operational, tailor-made, and close support, in direct contact with project teams.

Management and development of a client portfolio with complete oversight of missions assigned to the team. Operational and strategic management including support on innovation financing schemes (Grants & Subsidies, CIR, CII, JEI, Innovation Management) and relations with the tax administration. Budget supervision, rolling forecast development, and forecast modeling. Production of strategic analyses for Top Management and optimization of tools and deliverables to support decision-making in a high-growth context. Daily monitoring of financial KPIs (timesheets, mission profitability, recruitment, staffing) to ensure business performance and sustainability.

Supervision of a team of nine consultants (senior and junior) and coordination of all missions related to the Research and Innovation Tax Credit. Complete management of CIR/CII applications, from client process analysis to defining the valuation methodology and validating deliverables. Conducting technical and financial interviews, reviewing work documents, and ensuring file compliance in conjunction with the tax team. Developing expertise in tax regulations and industry practices, while assisting executives in valuing their innovative projects. Direct contribution to business growth through identifying new commercial opportunities and optimizing the client portfolio.
