Mes 10 ans en poste chez BlaBlaCar, de 5 à 500 employés, m'ont apporté une forte expérience sur la manière de faire grandir une société : organisation d'équipe, technologique, produit... pour faire en sorte de toujours garder un esprit agile, malgré la complexité grandissante d'un système, et faire en sorte de toujours délivrer de la valeur avec un coût maîtrisé.

Un eMBA effectué en 2016 m'a permis de grandir d'avantage et de construire un Business Unit de zéro avec mon bînome (BlaBlaSure)

Je souhaite à présent communiquer cette expérience à travers des missions pour aider les CTO à améliorer leur délivrabilité en travaillant sur les aspect organisationnels, agilité, utilisation de la data, conseil sur le produit ou coaching individuel ou d'équipe.

Armé d'une boîte à outils très solide (pragmatisme, bonne communication, compréhension des enjeux business , connaissances techniques, ...), provenant de son executive MBA et de sa volonté de faire grandir BlaBlaCar, il est un véritable atout pour aider les startup à se structurer et à se développer.

    Pour compléter mes compétences acquises, j’ai approfondi pendant 2 ans mes connaissances de l’entreprise : sur la partie "savoir faire" (compta, finance, marketing, communication, …) et surtout sur le "savoir être" (coach, stage GIGN, process com, ateliers en groupes, etc). Ces expériences très challengeantes m'ont permis d'apprendre très vite pour être plus à l'aise dans des situations complexes. Grâce à ce diplôme, j'ai pu notamment créer la Business Unit de 0 avec mon homologue pour la partie Business (Equipe d'une dizaine de personne aujourd'hui avec un nouveau produit qui propose une assurance automobile sous un nouvel angle).
