Research

European Institute for Participatory Media

Senior Researcher & Product Manager

We are pursuing research, planning and implementing IoT digital products aimed at helping people improve their relationship with the usage of energy (water/electricity) to improve people's lives and the environment. We work with a distributed network of researchers, developers and engineers across Europe.
My role involves pursuing research on gamification, visualisation, and persuasion using digital devices for behaviour change for energy and water consumption. Then translating those research findings onto requirements/user stories for the frontend backlog of mobile/IoT and web applications and conducting user research and evaluations. I manage the frontend backlog and oversee its implementation by development teams spread across Europe.

Also, we conduct Design Sprints to find solutions to climate-related issues.
