Lead a 5-engineer team building a React Native mobile app and a React + Vite web platform; joined at founding and scaled the product to 500+ customers, generating revenue that funded 2 new hires. Designed and own the cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK; deployed the core backend as a monolith on Elastic Beanstalk and built peripheral microservices with Node.js Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, and Amplify. Implemented an SQS-based event pipeline for decoupled, asynchronous processing across domain services. Authored a custom native module using the Expo Modules API (Swift/Kotlin) to wrap a third-party SDK with no JS counterpart, extending the app's native capabilities. Established a testing culture with Jest for unit/integration tests and Maestro for end-to-end mobile test automation. Drive sprint planning, task estimation, code reviews, and pair programming sessions across the engineering team.

I worked on the mobile project using react native & expo. The app is now being used in Premier League CLubs.
