I'm an entrepreneur since my 19 (now 39). I created 4 tech companies, including a B2B business acquired by Capgemini (0 to 35M€ revenue in 5 years) and a consumer marketplace used by 10M MAU in 15 countries, which got 6M€ in funding. More recently, I've turned VC and corporate / open innovation expert, working for the VC arm of Nokia then founding and leading the CVC (Corporate Venture Capital) of AirFrance KLM composed of a seed fund and a startup studio .

Co-founder & Managing Director @ BigBlank Startup Studio

BIG BLANK is the new Corporate Venture Capital fund (CVC) of AirFrance KLM. Composed of a Seed Fund and a Startup Studio, it aims to fuel the Group’s external growth strategy as well as its disruptive innovation effort. Led by a team of experienced entrepreneurs, it invests in mobility, logistics and hospitality.

- Define with the Board the governance model and investment thesis
- Set-up the entire structure from scratch and position the Group’s brand image as a solid
investment / financial partner on the market (towards the entrepreneurs to attract the best
deals, the VCs community to get great co-investors, the media and other key players like
the accelerators, domain experts, …)
- Recruit and lead a whole team of operators (Investment Analysts / Managers, Venture
Designers, Product Designers & Managers, Engineers)
- Work hands on with the team on the end-to-end dealflow from identifying promising
business opportunities to closing deals with the investment committee and supporting
operationally the portfolio founders in growing their businesses.
- Achievements in 18 months : meet 150+ entrepreneurs and select the top 2% to invest in,
50+ opportunities deeply screened, 4 deals executed.

Managing Director Europe

OBIKE is an on-demand, dockless bike sharing startup aiming to revolutionize last mile transportation in big cities. Founded in China, the company got $100M in funding from major investors, including Grab, in less than 18 months.

- Hired to ensure the company’s rapid international scale outside of Asia, after a successful
Series B round.
- Open 12 European countries in less than a year.
- Responsible for full Europe P&L, overseeing business & operations.
- Set up local offices, recruit and lead the local teams (GM, marketing, user acquisition /
growth specialists, operations, business development and partnerships, customer support)
- Manage all the critical public, media and government relations, especially during the
launch period when there was no regulation, the company had to establish itself in Europe
and was everywhere in the Media
- Scale up the marketplace and the operations to more than 20’000 bikes deployed and tens
of thousands of daily trips
- Ensure appropriate reporting to the co-founders based in China.

- Recruit and lead a team of 20+ people composed of engineers, UX/UI producers, sales & marketing managers, user acquisition / growth specialists, customer support agents.
- Raise €5M+ with VCs and Angels. Manage relationships and reporting to the Board and shareholders.
- Execute an ambitious and rapid international expansion plan up, scaling the business and the marketplace globally in 200 cities and 15 countries, reaching 10M+ MAU.
- Define and implement different B2C and B2B monetization models, including the
development of a high quality self-service advertising platform.
- Package our technology as a SaaS product (API and SDK) and sell it to Media
Corporates, as part of their innovation and/or digital transformation effort.
